What Shipped: People Management, File Previews, and a Stronger Ask AI — May 2026
This release covers the two weeks from 23 April to 7 May 2026. The focus was on making core workflows more accurate and more intuitive across Entities, People, and document handling.
People & Entities
The People section has been restructured into two distinct tabs: Officers and Contacts. Officers are those pulled from Business Profiles (directors, secretaries); Contacts are manually added persons such as PICs. This separation removes the previous ambiguity and makes it faster to find the right record.
Groups within an entity now populate automatically from the client record, removing the need for manual entry. Entity creation has also been improved — after a new record is saved, the record view modal opens immediately so you can continue working without hunting for the row in the list.
Document & File Handling
File previews are now available across the entire app. Clicking any attachment opens a preview inline, with download, delete, and close actions available in the same view. There is no longer a need to open a new tab to inspect a file. This applies to PDFs and all other supported attachment types wherever they appear in the platform. OA file content is also now displayed as a structured preview.
Bulk BP Upload
Multiple business profiles can now be uploaded at once to create client records in bulk. This removes the need to process BPs one at a time and significantly speeds up onboarding new entities into the platform.
Ask AI
Ask AI now uses our large model as the default. The option to select between model sizes has been removed — every query automatically runs on the most capable available model with no setup required.
Bug Fixes
Officer records that were inaccessible from the People view can now be opened
Missing officer data for certain entities is now correctly fetched and displayed
Ordinary share type detection during BP uploads has been corrected
BP upload no longer incorrectly pulls "Verify document instantly" text into the Primary User Described Activity field
Alternate directors can now be added within an officer record
Audit information in the BP upload section now captures the correct data
Entity creation timestamp is now recorded and visible
Recurring service chips no longer overflow their container in the UI
