ClientBase Release Notes June 2026: E-Signatures & Real-Time Collaboration

E-Signatures & Document Management

Documents can now be sent for e-signing directly from a request. Once signed, copies are automatically saved to the relevant location.This replaces the need for external form tools for standard workflows.

Quick ACRA Search

A quick ACRA search pop-up modal is back, available from anywhere in the platform — bringing back a feature users relied on in Version 1. Search for company information without leaving your current context.

Threaded Comments & @Mentions

Internal comments now support threaded discussions organised per job. You can reply directly within a thread, and a thread indicator appears next to messages with replies. Tag teammates using @ and they will receive an in-app notification immediately. Filtering for internal comments is also available.

Requests

Several improvements have been made to how requests are created and managed. New request forms now show type-specific fields for Client, Lead, and Onboarding requests. After saving a new request, the request view modal opens automatically — consistent with how new entity and people records behave. Existing contact persons can be selected during request creation rather than only creating new ones. Job rates can now be edited when adding a job to an existing request. Fields have been reordered for better clarity, and a Cancelled status is now available with the ability to record a reason when cancelling.

Real-Time Updates

Statuses, comments, threads, and data now refresh in real time across the platform. There is no longer a need to manually reload pages to see the latest state of a request, job, or comment thread.

Bug Fixes

• Pressing Enter in the comment box no longer accidentally sends a message when selecting a user to tag with @.

• Fixed congested spacing on highlighted fields in the People page.

• Fixed incorrect revenue calculations shown on the Entities page.

• Fixed an issue where certain file types attached to requests could not be deleted.

• Fixed an incorrect "Ticket's transactions updated successfully" message appearing in the pop-up after updating a request.

• Fixed the request progress bar in the data table not updating after all tasks and jobs were completed.

• Fixed request summary cards not applying the correct filter when clicked.

• Fixed ordinary shares not being detected for certain companies during ACRA searches.

• Fixed AGM and AR deadline calculation errors producing incorrect dates.

• Fixed an issue with Business Profile uploads failing in certain scenarios.
