ClientBase Release Notes June 2026: Bulk Users, AI Filters & Smarter Search

Released 3 June 2026 — this cycle ships 10 improvements and 4 bug fixes across user management, entity records, search, and the request workflow.

User Management

Bulk Add Users lets you invite multiple team members at once by entering only their email and first name. The flow enforces plan-based seat limits automatically, so there's no risk of over-provisioning.

Persistent Login removes the need to log in every time you open the app. Sessions now carry across app launches, so returning users land straight on their workspace.

Entities & Records

Export Services Report adds an export button to the Services section within an entity record. The exported file includes recurring amounts (YTD), ad-hoc amounts (YTD), and a full list of services for that entity.

OCR ID Extraction automatically reads uploaded ID documents and populates the relevant fields, reducing manual data entry during the onboarding or KYC process.

Filters & Search

AI-Powered Filter Suggestions surface contextual filter recommendations on each main data page, so you can narrow down records quickly without building filters from scratch.

Smarter Search Bar now triggers only on Enter, preventing premature searches as you type. A new X button lets you clear and reset the search instantly. Both changes apply to all search bars across the platform.

Requests

Service Package Indicators now appear in the rates section when adding a new request. The UI clearly shows whether a service is covered by the client's attached service package — if it is, no rate is displayed.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where the description under a Job Template was not fully visible when viewing a Request > Job.

• Resolved a filter display issue on the Entities page where filters were not rendering correctly.

• Fixed a bug where a service was not being correctly added to active status after creation.

• Fixed an issue in the Business Profile upload flow where additional information for Issued Share Capital and Paid-Up Capital could not be manually added when extra details were present.
