ClientBase Release Notes September 2026: Service Packages & More

Version 3.6 · Released 17 September 2026. This update brings richer service packages, bulk officer management, multi-task completion, faster onboarding, and more.

Service Packages

Service packages now have their own file templates section, with tasks you can reorder to match your process. A consistent task and jobs toggle also works the same way across Request, Job, and Service templates, so your workflow stays familiar wherever you are.

Officer Management

You can now add or remove multiple officers in a single action, so updating an entity's officers takes far fewer steps.

My Tasks

Working through your list is quicker now. Complete multiple tasks at once, with a brief confirmation window that lets you undo straight away if you change your mind.

Faster Onboarding

Adding people is smoother. Contact numbers are now validated against the selected country, and nationality prefills from the contact's country code, so there is less to fill in by hand.

Registered Office

Registered office records are more useful this cycle. You now receive an email notification when post is received, and the details are easier to view and edit.

Job Activity Log

A new Log tab in each job shows its complete activity history in one place, so you can see what happened and when.

Everyday Improvements

A few changes to keep your day running smoothly. You can now drag and drop files to move them, identity fields captured by document scans are now editable, activity logs across entity updates carry more detail, and cards and headers are more consistent across the main pages. The app is also smoother on tablets.

Smaller Touches

People records now have separate contact and residential address fields, so you can record both where they differ.
