ClientBase May 2026: Bulk Upload, Country-Code Fields & UI Refresh
Released 20 May 2026 — this cycle ships 6 improvements and 3 bug fixes across the core platform.
Bulk Business Profile Upload
Users can now upload multiple BP records in a single session. Each record is shown in a preview step before import, with individual select and unselect controls, so nothing gets committed to the database without a final review.
Contact Numbers with Country Code Selector
Phone number fields across the entire app — including People records and the New Person form inside Entity records — now include a searchable country code dropdown. Users can search by country name or dialling code to set the correct prefix, rather than typing it freehand.
Files: Gallery View, List View & Real-Time Preview
The Files section now supports two viewing modes — gallery and list. Previews render the first page of each document automatically. Newly uploaded files appear without a page reload, so the panel stays current as you work.
Urgency Levels and Tag Linking on Requests
Requests now carry a configurable urgency flag with three options: High, Medium, and Normal. Tags within the requests section are now pulled directly from the linked client record, keeping them consistent with the parent record automatically.
Unified Filter UI Across All Pages
The redesigned filter panel has been rolled out to all pages in the app. The behaviour of "Clear All" has been corrected — clicking it now resets both the active filter selections and the visible filter chips, with no stale state left behind.
Design System Rollout: Comments, Fonts & Timestamps
Internal Comments now use the updated UI style from the active design system. Font tokens for field labels and section headers are now applied globally, so a single change propagates across the entire app. Entity records also display a creation timestamp, giving teams a clear audit reference for when a record was first added.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an error shown when saving a new contact via Business Partner > People — the contact was being saved correctly, but an incorrect error message fired on submission.
Resolved a failure to save changes when editing an existing contact in the People section.
Fixed a record-save issue that caused the page to load indefinitely rather than confirming the save, affecting certain entity records.
