ClientBase Release Notes August 2026: RBAC & Compliance Calendar

Version 3.2 · Released 19 August 2026. This cycle brings role-based access control, a new compliance calendar, smarter exports, Google single sign-on, and more.

Role-Based Access Control

You can now manage access by department, user, and tier, so people see only what is relevant to their role. Access to the Permission module itself is limited to Managers and Executives.

Compliance Calendar

A new calendar view brings your AGM, Annual Return, ID expirations, and other compliance deadlines together in one place, so nothing slips by unnoticed.

Smarter Exports

Export a complete record as a PDF with all its supporting files packaged in a ZIP, ideal for audits. You can now also choose exactly which fields to include, so each export contains only what you need.

Google Single Sign-On

Sign in and sign up with Google. If the email already exists, your account links automatically. You can still set a password and log in either way.

People, Groups, and Notes

Organize your people records into groups, assign each person to one or more groups, and manage group ownership, with groups available for filtering and searching. You can also add notes to requests and people records, editable anytime, and create new tags straight from the tag selector.

AML

New Screening and Approving status filters make it easier to track and manage where each AML review stands.

Everyday Improvements

A few changes to keep your day running smoothly: undo a delete or archive before it is finalized, get a heads-up when your credits are running low, choose which deadline reminders land in your inbox, and report a bug in seconds from inside the app.

Smaller Touches

Identity documents now open to a details view where you can download or delete the file, bulk upload shows the maximum file limit before you start, and the app is more responsive on mobile. Plus a range of reliability and performance improvements under the hood.
