ClientBase Release Notes August 2026: AML Refresh & More

Version 3.0.1 · Released 5 August 2026. This cycle brings a cleaner AML page, smarter requests and notifications, bulk ZIP downloads, and a batch of bug fixes.

AML

The AML page has a refreshed, more intuitive interface. The updated layout improves readability and navigation, making AML reviews faster and easier to work through. You can now also record multiple nationalities or countries for a person, instead of being limited to one, with every value kept when viewing and editing.

Requests

The Request page is easier to scan this cycle. Each request now shows its first three job titles, with a "+2 more" summary when there are additional jobs, so the list stays tidy. Overdue requests automatically rise to the top, so the most urgent work is easy to spot, and new Department and Assignee filters let you narrow the list down quickly. Separately, when a task is marked Completed, ClientBase now fills in its Department and Assignee automatically if those fields were left empty.

Notifications

Notifications now reach the right people. Request emails go to the assigned user, and AGM and Annual Return reminders go only to the managers responsible for that group, so your team gets the alerts that matter to them without the extra noise.

Files

You can now download several files at once from the Files tab, and ClientBase automatically saves them together as a single ZIP file.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed incorrect Business Profile details appearing during the file update process.

• Fixed an incorrect expiration date when uploading an ID or appointment document.

• The Next FYE field now stays blank when no Financial Year End is provided, instead of calculating one automatically.

• Plus a range of reliability and performance improvements.
